Matt Zaborowski, MPH, CPH, is the senior manager of Medicaid programs and health policy in the Center for Public and Population Health of the Practice Institute of the ADA. He supports the ADA and the activities of the Council on Advocacy for Access and Prevention under the direction of Dr. Jane Grover. He oversees population-based and public health efforts to expand Medicaid participation and increase utilization of services to improve access to care. Before joining the ADA, Matt served as Idaho's de facto state dental director as the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare's Oral Health Program manager. In that role, successfully oversaw the state’s first workforce assessment and optimal fluoridation plan.
