Passionate about teaching, Dr. Rivera has been an Assistant Professor at the University of Chile, ranked the number one University in the country, for 16 years, and currently works as an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Preventive and Restorative Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr. Rivera works on research with Prof. Dr. Markus Blatz at both universities and does clinical work with 4th-year students at the Dental School Clinic, contributing to improving oral health in the public sector and vulnerable elder patients.
